Heart and Home Session — A Glimpse Into Real Family Life
A Heart and Home session is about slowing down and stepping into the beauty of everyday moments. For Loll and her kids, real family life looked like exploring Grandma’s garden, hunting for bugs, collecting fresh eggs, picking flowers and ending the afternoon with melted chocolate and juicy strawberries.
It was messy, a little chaotic and completely them, the kind of in-home family photography session that tells a story rather than poses one.
Loll has been a regular client of mine for years, and this session may just be my favourite yet. Full of heart, connection and that unmistakable feeling of home, it was everything a lifestyle family photoshoot should be.
It’s never about perfect smiles or everyone looking at the camera. It’s about capturing the warmth, the love and the story that naturally unfolds when a family is simply being themselves.
