Maternity & Newborn

That newborn love bubble is so real and in the haze of those sleepless nights, time seams to pass really quickly and before you know it they don’t fit the palm of your hands anymore. It doesn’t matter if this is your first child or your onto number 4 capturing that extreme love you have for your new baby makes your heart explode with love and I want to be the one to capture it.

What our bodies are capable of really is pure magic. Growing a human is a super power and even though it can be incredeibly hard at times its worth the reward at the end. Embrace your changing body so you can one day show your little person what you looked like while you had them in your belly

Newborn

You don’t need to leave your home. I come to you. 
So I can capture those real times together as a family. Snuggled up on the couch or the bed while your other children play and smother their new sibling in sloppy kisses. 
I spend anywhere between 1-2.5 hours capturing this special time. Settling your new baby, feeding them, kissing them, holding them and smelling that new baby smell I love so much.

I’m a natural light photographer so the best time of day for this is in the Morning. Its when babies are most settled as well. All sessions are done mid week and anywhere between 10 days old to 3 weeks if you want them at their sleepiest. However any age is special and can be captured right up until 12 weeks..

Maternity

If you choose the combined maternity and newborn session - then all maternity sessions are done mid week also. 1 hour before sunset so the light is dreamy and soft. This can include just mama, or can include partner and the whole family. Its best capture your growing belly between 32 weeks and 35 weeks. 


Even though the focus is on Mama and the growing baby I treat it like all my other sessions. Natural and unposed and I make sure you feel comfortable during the whole session.
